Garda Homes snc is a family-run business based near Lake Garda.

The company is led by husband and wife team Enzo and Sarah, who have been working in real estate consulting and property management since 2002. Enzo is Italian, and Sarah is British and has lived on Lake Garda for the past 14 years.

They are joined by their onsite property managers, Roy and Mari-lyn, who handle property inspections, cleaning checks, renter assistance and general troubleshooting.

All the properties shown on this website are managed by Garda Homes directly, and the team know each property intimately. Every owner is a private owner – not a commercial holiday complex – and they use their holiday homes themselves out of season.

Garda Homes does not process the payments for your holiday: all payments are taken online through the availability calendars on each property listing page, and are processed by RentalSystems.com. RentalSystems holds your money in their protected client account until after your holiday is complete, providing you with total protection and peace of mind.
