Residence Bellevista is a new exclusive development completed in the summer of 2009.
It is located in the foothills above the ancient Roman town of Salo on the western shore of Lake Garda – considered by many to be the prettiest and most sophisticated area of the the lake.

The apartment is literally metres away from a fabulous and inexpensive restaurant with panoramic lake views that is extremely popular with the local Italian community. The menu is very wide and quality of food superb.

The Apartment
The residence Bellevista consists of 14 apartments. There are seven ground floor studio apartments and seven 1st and 2nd floor duplex apartments.

The first floor of the apartment includes open plan modern quality, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area and dining area. Downstairs is a double bedroom and large shower room. The furnishings are of a high quality. There is a leather sofa and matching double leather sofa bed in the living area – in addition we have available 2 folding camp beds ideal if there are more than 4 people wishing to share or parents wish to have young children in their room.

The living room opens out on to a covered terrace, with dining furniture for 6 people and indoor dining – also for 6 people. The terrace also has some relaxation seating.

Upstairs is an additional double bedroom, separate ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, wc and bidet and a large storage room.

A fabulous picture window looks out from the bedroom to the lake.

For your entertainment we provide satellite TVs and DVD players.

Essential Information
Although there is a restaurant within a stones throw of the apartment, the nearest shops and grocery stores are a short drive away, so you definitely need to bring a car with you or hire one. We can give you tips on the best car hire deals.

We provide bathroom towels and bed linen, but youll need to bring swimming pool towels with you.

The apartment could sleep up to 8, but we prefer to limit the number of guests at any one time to 6.

Salò is a truly beautiful, typically picturesque Lake Garda lakeside town, with long promenade, stylish boutiques and enough restaurants to ensure you will never get bored of dining out and watching the glittering lights reflecting on the lake.
