The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has three bedrooms and one bathroom, with a stunning view of Lake Garda. A car is essential, but everything is within easy driving distance, with the lakefront and town of Toscolano Maderno approximately one mile from the apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor, and upon entering through the front door you come into the living room, which has an incorporated kitchen with breakfast bar. There is a small living area with sofa and armchair, a flatscreen tv with DVD player and playstation, and wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass doors opening out onto a very spacious terrace with dining furniture for 6. Barbecuing is not permitted on the terrace. The lake view from the apartment itself and the terrace is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views over Toscolano Maderno below and stretching across Lake Garda.

Just off the living is a corridor leading to a bath/shower room, two double bedrooms and one twin bedrooms (beds can be pushed together to make a double).

One of the double bedrooms also has a balcony.

The property is a short drive (approx. 1km) from the main Gardesana road that circles the lake, and a short walk (on a hill) to the small hamlet of Maclino, where there is a restaurant and grocery store.
