New, stylishly built apartment in small, privately owned complex with pool
The apartment has a spacious terrace overlooking both the pool and lake, and there is a small private garden to the rear complete with olive trees. There is a small village just 100 metres from the apartment, with several restaurants.
The apartment is just 800 metres from the lake itself and less than 1km from the lively lakeside town of Toscolano Maderno, which has one of the largest beaches on the lake and the only sand beach.
The living room opens out on to a large terrace with plenty of room for outside dining, and has an incorporated kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom, on the same floor, has a large double bed and two bunk beds (suitable for children) that fold away ingeniously and disappear when not in use. The bedroom leads out on to the rear garden.
Also on this floor is a shower room.
On the upper mezzanine floor is another double bed and small ensuite wc. As the mezzanine floor can get hot during summer, this floor has air-conditioning. There is also a sofabed in the living if needed, so the property can sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably, plus another 2 people on the sofabed, for a total of 8 possible guests. However, the apartment most comfortably sleeps up to 6.
The charming village of Cecina is a very short walk away, and there is at least one restaurant within a 100m walk.
However, we do recommend you bring or hire a car as the road leading to the main town is not suitable for pedestrians. The property is 700 metres from the main Gardesana road that circles the lake.
