Le Colline del Garda is a quiet, attractive residence in the hills above Salò, Lake Garda (in fact the name, Colline del Garda means “the hills of Garda” in Italian). There is a large swimming pool surrounded by attractive landscaped gardens with palm trees and flower beds, shared by all residents of the complex. Most owners visit on weekends and during the holidays; others live there year round. Generally the pool area is very quiet.

The property is located about 8-9km from the lakeside town of Salò, 1.5km from a popular restaurant and about 4-5km from shops. There are two large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive or so. A car is therefore essential at this property, but there is secure parking and a garage available.

The apartment itself is on the ground and first floors, with no-one above or below the property. There is a large living room with LCD television, free WIFI, modern fully fitted kitchen and spacious terrace area with seating and coffee table furniture. The terrace has a lovely view of surrounding countryside and a glimpse of the lake.

Just off the living room and kitchen area is a bathroom. Up some stairs is a mezzanine floor with small seating area and a double bed.
Downstairs from the living room are two bedrooms (one double with ensuite shower room, one twin with beds that can be pushed together to be used as a double). From the twin bedroom you can access the private garden downstairs, which has 4 sunloungers.

From the garden there is a small footpath leading to the larger communal pool and sunbathing area.

The property has beds for 6 people, and we can provide a travel cot on request. Please note that the stairs are unprotected if you have small children.
