About Residence Bellavista

Residence Bellavista is a beautifully constructed new holiday and residential complex near the lovely lakeside town of Salò, Lake Garda, Italy.

The residence has a swimming pool and breathtaking lake views from the pool area, private balcony of the apartment, and walkways around the complex. Seconds walk (approximately 50 yards) from the main entrance is a fabulous restaurant, which is open all year round.

About The Apartment

Apartment 12 is on the first floor of the three-storey building, and can potentially sleep up to 8 people, although we prefer to let to parties of a maximum of 6. On the first floor it has a spacious double bedroom, shower room and and living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, which opens out onto a large covered terrace. Upstairs on the second floor there is another double bed as well as two additional single camp beds. Leading off this upstairs bedroom is a bathroom and shower room.

The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need a holiday that is truly a home from home. The kitchen has a new, modern Italian design and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your own meals, including a microwave, dishwasher and full oven. The terrace provides ample dining space for 6 people, and there is also space to relax with a book while enjoying the stunning views of Lake Garda.

There are only 14 units in the entire complex, and all apartments are privately owned. The swimming pool is open from May to October each year. Please check with us for precise dates, as the opening and closing dates may vary according to the weather and the decisions of the complex’s administrator.

The restaurant close to the complex is called “Canneto” and offers some wonderful genuine Italian fresh pasta and fish dishes. It has a lovely open terrace with the same spectacular views of Lake Garda. Corrado, the proprietor, speaks some English and has an English menu available.

A spacious private underground garage is available for your use.
