About The Apartment
Borgo Alto, Serniga, is a spacious and well-equipped two bedroom apartment in a converted convent in the hills above Salò, Lake Garda. Located in the beautifully unspoilt hamlet of Serniga, the complex has stunning views of Lake Garda and a shared swimming pool, open during the summer months, from May 20th until 30th September.
The apartment is on the top (second) floor, and has a living room/kitchen/diner, 2 double bedrooms, and shower room. There is a lake view from the living room windows, which are the original oval shape of the convent before the building was restored. The apartment has been beautifully finished, with good quality fixtures and fittings.
The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space, and the dining table seats four people very comfortably.
The swimming pool is well-maintained and has space for sunbathing, with small communal garden.
There is private parking (gated) and a separate private storage area on the ground floor to keep sun loungers, pool toys etc in.
The town of Salò is a 10 – 15 minute drive down the hill. You definitely need a car for this property, although there is a public bus service that passes by the property as well. The village of San Michele is about 1km away. San Michele has a grocery store, and a few restaurants. The surrounding area is part of the “green belt” of the Parco Alto Garda Bresciana, and is totally unspoilt.
Borgo Alto provides lovely accommodation for those seeking a quiet, relaxing self-catering holiday on Lake Garda with beautiful views and use of a swimming pool, for up to four people.
