About The Apartment
CasaGarda is a lovely holiday apartment overlooking Lake Garda on the western shore near Toscolano Maderno.
The privately owned rental apartment is in a gated complex of just 7 other apartments, and is walking distance to the quaint village of Cecina, which has a small shop and restaurant/pizzeria.
Despite the quiet atmosphere, the lake, with its thriving street cafe life, shops and restaurants, is only 800m away.
This apartment has a private terrace with lake view, and a private garden to the rear.
The living room has an incorporated kitchen and dining area, though in summer you may prefer eating outside on the ample terrace, enjoying the fabulous views of Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with fan oven, hob, fridge, microwave.
The main bedroom downstairs has a double bed, and two additional foldaway bunk beds suitable for children. The style is modern and minimal, with a chest of drawers and access to the rear garden from this room. This room room sleeps two adults and two children.
The second bedroom area is on the mezzanine floor, hidden from view of the floor below. This area has a TV and DVD player, a chair-bed and ensuite wc. This area sleeps two adults comfortably.
The shower room downstairs has a shower with unlimited hot water, sink unit, wc, bidet. There is a washing machine downstairs in the basement garage.
On site you can swim in the pool, sunbathe on the terrace, communal front garden or private rear garden, or go for walks in the surrounding woods and hills. Within a 10 minute drive is Bogliaco Golf Course.
There is a secure underground parking in a private garage.
