Casa Serniga is a unique, characterful yet very stylish 3 bedroom property set in a typical village building with beautiful lake views. It was fully restored to an extremely high standard in 2005.

The property consists of a section of a character building on two floors with private courtyard and separate guest room with ensuite bathroom. It is perfect for a family who want to travel with another couple who need their own privacy. The phouse is very spacious but our limit on the number of people who can stay is siz plus baby.

Downstairs, leading off the courtyard, is the opening to the ground floor, which consists of large living area, kitchen/dining room, laundry room and shower/wc.Also leading off the courtyard is the separate entrance to guest quarters, with double bed and ensuite shower room.

Upstairs can be reached from an outside staircase leading up from the ourtyard or internally, from stairs leading up from the kitchen and dining area.

Upstairs is a twin bedroom with adjoining shower room, ideal for children and adults, and a huge master double bedroom with open suspended fireplace, ensuite bathroom and spacious terrace with room for open air dining.

This property is very special and unique, perfect for couples (especially on honeymoon), friends holidaying together (but no single sex groups please) or ffamilies seeking something different and stylish in a genuine, sleepy village above Lake Garda. The guest room with its own bathroom is perfect for a family who wish to bring a nanny, or grandparents.

Please note: this property is not detached. It is a portion of a house, with apartments above, most of which are unoccupied.

The drive to the house is about 10 minutes from the town of Salò, and 3 or 4 minutes from the village of San Michele where there are restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a restaurant about 1km away, on the way to San Michele. A bus service runs from the hamlet of Serniga to San Michele and the towns of Salò and Gardone Riviera.
