About The Apartment

I Molini is privately owned complex of 15 apartments in one of the most exclusive areas of Lake Garda: Morgnaga, Gardone Riviera.

The apartment has a private garden to the front and rear, a swimming pool shared with 14 other apartments, particularly large considering the small size of the complex. There are dining facilities on the patio, which has a lovely lake view. The general atmosphere of the residence is quiet, refined and sophisticated, yet it is very child-friendly as many other residents have children.

The living room has a sofabed, and leads on to the kitchen and dining area (although during summer you may enjoy eating outside on the patio). The main bedroom and shower room are just off the living room.

The kitchen is part of the open-plan living room, and has everything you need to prepare your own meals: oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.

Downstairs there is another bedroom, with twin beds and a double sofabed, small flat screen TV and DVD player, Playstation, and an ensuite shower room with washing machine.

On site you can swim in the pool, sunbathe, walk or hike the many trails in the surrounding woods, or visit the town of Gardone Riviera, the historic centre of which is a 10 minute walk. The beach and lakefront is 350m down the hill.

A car is recommended.
