About The Apartment
Il Brolo is a superb holiday apartment for rent on Lake Garda on the western shore in the heart of Salò.
The privately owned rental apartment has three bedrooms and is very spacious, providing very comfortable self-catering accommodation on Lake Garda for up to six people plus baby.
The lake and town of Salò, with its charming street cafes, designer stores and restaurants, is only 200-300 metres away. Gardaland and other theme parks are 30 minutes drive, the opera house at the Arena di Verona is 40 minutes away, and the designer shops of Milan are just 1 1/4 hours away by train or 1 1/2 hours away by car.
This apartment has three private balconies with plenty of room for open-air dining. Two of them overlook the large floodlit swimming pool, with view of the mountains beyond.
The living room seats up to six people very comfortably and the entire apartment has been furnished in a modern, sophisticated style. This is not your average holiday apartment – more an upmarket town property that would be more than suitable for permanent living. Large glass doors open out onto the terrace, which has a view of the swimming pool.
The kitchen is separate from the living area and has a modern, Italian design and is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, fan oven, hob and microwave – everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is an additional, separate laundry room with washing machine and wc.
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a chest and wardrobe, and private balcony.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables, chest and wardrboe.
The third bedroom has twin beds and is ideal as a children’s bedroom, although adults will be comfortable in here too.
The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, bidet, wc and sink unit.

Great apartment and great location. We had a lovely week in May and would highly recommend it.
The property and area were everything we hoped for and more. We travelled with a 2 month old child and 2 older adults, one of whom had walking difficulties. There were no problems for either. The property was very well situated in relation to the restaurants and lake. The complex was very well maintained and the apartment very well furnished. I will be going back again!
