This is a stylish, luxurious private four-bedroom villa with garden, private swimming pool, alarm system and total views of Lake Garda and surrounding mountains.
This villa rental has total privacy without being secluded, set in a cluster of upmarket villas just a few minutes drive from the pretty lakefront town of Salò.
The villa is finished to a very high standard, with elegant furnishings and rop of the range facilities.
Perfectly located for a luxury Lake Garda villa holiday, it is ideal for families, couples travelling together and discerning travellers requiring a higher level of comfort, luxury and style. The villa is ideally positioned for visits to the superb golf courses around Lake Garda (Palazzo Arzaga & Spa, Garda Golf, Bogliaco Golf), designer shops (nearby Salò and Desenzano and even a day trip to Milan by train), some superb restaurants, beaches and, for children, Gardaland and several other theme parts to rival Orlando are only a 30-40 minute drive away. Opera lovers will enjoy a trip to the nearby Arena di Verona.
The villa has four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one family room with a double bed and bunk beds. There are also two travel cots for babies. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms: 2 with bath and shower (one of which is en suite), 1 en suite shower room and 1 separate shower room. The bathroom has a hydrotherapy bath and waterjet shower.
The kitchen is top of the range, with its own terrace and lake view, and a spaciou s and stylish living room with views of Lake Garda to the south/east and the rear garden to the north/west, and a huge wall-mounted plasma television screen. The villa has air-conditioning and underfloor heating.
The pool is completely private, with a sunbathing area and terrace.
The villa sleeps ten people plus two babies.

Recently, it was our good fortune to choose Villa Mezzane as our Lake Garda vacation
villa. The property itself was grand, and the house fully appointed. It was strategically located close to quaint towns and rail stations. The views were sublime and defy eloquence. As seasoned travelers, we never take these things for granted, regardless of the amount of due diligence.
The unexpected bonus proved to be the property management team, Roy and Mari-lyn Hutton. Roy and Mari-lyn were “Johnny on the spot” whenever their assistance was necessary. They volunteered recommendations, which ranged from the best places to shop for food, local towns to visit, restaurants and bars. Their insights proved both accurate and invaluable. They were an integral part of our trip’s success and when we parted we considered them friends.
